Incredible celluloid hair comb with striking colbalt blue rhinestones.

The celluloid is black with an almost amber color which was probably clear and has had patina over the years. The comb features a carved art nouveau floral design in the center. Comb is topped with a shell shaped lines in combat blue rhinestones!
 
There is light vintage wear on the comb. All rhinestones are intact!
